2. User Eligibility

Users must provide accurate registration information, and freelancers must provide valid proof of identification for verification purposes.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Freelancers: Freelancers retain the ownership rights of their work. However, they must deliver projects as advertised. Misrepresentation or failure to meet project descriptions is a breach of these terms.
• Employers: Employers must provide accurate job descriptions and respect freelancers’ work and communication standards.
• Prohibited Behavior: All users must refrain from abusive language, harassment, or sharing sensitive information (such as contact details or bank information) outside of platform procedures.

4. Fees and Payments

Currently, our platform does not impose any fees for using the service. However, we reserve the right to introduce a subscription and handling fee ranging from 5% to 20% in the future. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, MyFatoorah, Tap Payments) via WooCommerce Checkout.

5. Project Deliverables and Expectations

Both freelancers and employers are expected to meet the terms specified in service listings and job postings. Failure to comply may result in penalties or restriction of platform access.

6. Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy

For unresolved issues or dissatisfaction with project outcomes, users may submit a refund request to the platform administrator. Refunds are assessed case-by-case and are issued at the administrator’s discretion.

7. Acceptable Communication and Platform Usage

Users may communicate through our direct messaging feature. However, the exchange of personal contact details, passwords, or bank information is strictly prohibited. Abusive language, harassment, or attempts to circumvent platform fees are grounds for account suspension or termination.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kuwait. We reserve the right to modify these terms as our platform evolves.
